From a 300-episode Turkish TV drama to an Oscar-targeted feature film, the powerful new duo is making waves from Istanbul to Hollywood.

Turkish-American director and producer Sean GK is teaming up with legendary Turkish filmmaker Sava Sancak for not one, but two major productions. The first is a 300-episode television series titled Kayp Yllar (The Lost Years), commissioned by Turkeys national broadcaster Kanal 7. The two will co-direct and co-produce the entire series, merging their unique styles in what is expected to be one of the most ambitious Turkish TV projects to date.

But the collaboration doesnt stop there.

Their second project, Language of Shadows, a philosophical thriller written by Sean GK himself, has already been hailed by insiders as a clear Oscar potential project. The film will also be co-directed by Sean GK and Sava Sancak and is being prepped for international release.
