The new facility will house the companys corporate headquarters and serve as the design and manufacturing center for its growing dental laboratory. 

The purchase comes amid a surge in demand for the 3 on 6 treatment in the U.S. and a proliferation of providers nationwide. Smile Systems will initially occupy half of the building, with plans to expand to the full space as operations scale. The headquarters will accommodate approximately 30 employees at launch, with significant job growth expected over the next several years.
